Standstill of Bollywood industry

A second increase in the number of Covid-19 cases has taken us back to square one, just as Bollywood seemed to be getting back on track with releases scheduled and film shoots announced. Film theatres in India that are yet to see signs of normalcy should prepare for an even more difficult2021, as the Hindi film industry's overall performance is estimated to be down by 50% due to pandemic-related disruptions in shooting and production schedules and budgets. Many actors and directors are also hesitant to return to the sets, as are the producers. The careful and slow shooting, combined with another 5-6 months of post-production, would result in a serious lack of material in the industry.

Shooting has started, but at a slow pace and in small numbers. Many artists are hesitant to enter the workforce. Furthermore, given the confusion surrounding cinema safety procedures, it's possible that more filmmakers will have OTT premieres well after their finished films are theoretically ready to be released in theatres. It will be a long time before movie theatres are flooded with newly released blockbusters.

No matter how hard it would be for the industry to stay intact, its unity and passion towards the work will act as a backbone where Once More Studio holds a small yet crucial space to serve every bit of the industry with their staggering locations.

Small-budget or regional films with unknown faces may profit greatly from this lag, which would otherwise go unnoticed in conventional multiplexes. It's past time for these small ventures to have a fighting chance at getting funding and leveraging better offers. Digital production, according to international experts in the film industry, would provide a secure alternative for cast and crew whenever filming resumes.

Once More Studio will keep our audiences engaged and entertained through our uniquely selected shooting locations which always act as a silver lining in any project of the Bollywood industry.

OTT as a game changer

The entertainment industry has been affected by the rise of over-the-top (OTT) services. It has made watching movies more comfortable, available, and affordable for a wider range of users. Anyone with a cell phone and access to the internet can watch a movie from anywhere in the world. The current figures from Indian OTT subscribers are saying that in recent years, the average time spent by each Indian subscriber has increased from about 20 to 50 minutes to at least one hour.

With the recent government shutdowns and the current state of the economy, OTT seems to be the new standard in the film industry. Films have been suffering for weeks as a result of cinema complex and hall closures. The film industry may be facing losses as a result of the various on-going and new ventures that have been put on hold. As the lights go out on live events, shoots, and movie premieres, the only silver lining is the increase in popularity of over-the-top (OTT) material. The content line may have dried up due to the halting of productions, but streaming through OTT platforms across the country has not. At the same time, ad spending has sunk as a result of the recession's effect on the financial services, e-commerce, and automotive industries.

At a fraction of the expense of a formal release and conventional ad campaigns, OTT will help content reach millions of potential customers. The simultaneous release of a new film on DTH and OTT will attract billions of viewers around the world. By monetizing their online advertisements, the production house could theoretically make millions in the first weekend of release. Although multi-million dollar films can still be shown in theatres, they can reduce their financial risk by securing a minimum guarantee offer to cover their production costs.

The threat of piracy production houses in India can be eliminated by releasing through OTT channels. Indeed, the widespread availability of content can remove the need for piracy entirely. With the ability to access OTT channels from the comfort of one's own home, the demand for high-quality content is growing by the day.

Over- the- top (OTT) media services

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in March2020, and the subsequent national lockdown, India has seen a major increase in OTT use, posing a challenge to the television industry. OTT platforms were previously only common in urban areas and among the upper middle class. People were confined to their homes and had few choices for entertainment due to the national lockdown. The movie theatres were all shut down. The trained middle class found entertainment shows on television to be uninteresting. As a result, they started watching international TV shows on OTT channels such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Scam 1992 on SonyLIV, Paatal Lok on Amazon Prime Video, Special Ops on Disney+ Hotstar, Flesh on Eros Now, and Asur on Voot were among the OTT shows that held viewers hooked.

Over the last few years, OTT platforms/streaming services have seen explosive growth in India and other parts of the world. They're on the verge of displacing cable and satellite pay-tv. According to estimates, the demand for video streaming services could reach Rs 4,000 crore by the end of 2025. India had a total of 29 crore OTT platform users as of July 2020.

To watch the content, you'll need an internet connection and compatible hardware, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, or smart TVs. Instead of following a schedule or waiting for their favorite shows and movies to air, these platforms allow users to stream OTT content at any time. One of the many reasons why OTT platforms are becoming more common is because of this.

When televisions first became available in India, people were enthralled by the prospect of watching movies and shows from the comfort of their own homes. As the transition from radio to television began, so did the ideas of advertisement, entertainment, and news. Similarly, OTT (over-the-top) platforms are increasingly displacing television due to their superior functionality.

To appeal to a broad audience, OTT platforms offer a variety of regional, national, and foreign movies and web shows. Cricket and football matches are also available for live streaming on some OTT websites. You can watch them whenever you want, no matter where you are. What you need is a good internet connection and a subscription. This is the reason for the immense popularity of these OTT platforms and now it not just has ended its attraction with the youth but has also encircled the elder generation.

Filming Locations

In addition to or instead of using sets built on a movie studio back a lot of soundstage, a filming location is a place where some or all of a film or television series is made. A location in filmmaking refers to any location where a crew would be filming actors and recording their dialogue. Filmmakers often opt to shoot on location because they feel that more authenticity can be accomplished in an "actual" setting; however, location shooting is often driven by the budget of the film. Interior scenes are mostly shot on a sound stage, while exterior scenes are shot on location. Bollywood films, songs, and locations enthrall us all. We want to go there to get nostalgic about those classic movies starring our favorite stars, whether it's a remote location, freezing Rain Mountains, an ancient tower, naturally beautiful scenery, or some other location.

Fans want to visit India because there are so many filming locations. Without a doubt, the locations that Bollywood selects for filming are stunning, mesmerizing, majestic, jaw dropping and can leave you speechless. Bollywood has sent us some of the most interesting and marvelous shooting locations in India, ranging from a desolate village to a landscape among the towering mountains. The Indian film industry is perhaps one of the most successful ways to encourage tourism in even our country's most remote and outlandish locations.

Once More Studio gives your eyes this chance of capturing the perfect beauty needed in any scenery to be flourished.  We give you an opportunity to pump your life with our insanely loved shooting locations by every human waiting to praise our industry.

Brand placement deals, particularly outside of a major filming area, can be powerful incentives for location owners to waive location fees. However, they run the risk of putting you in a creative bind when it comes to incorporating certain brands into the final cut of your film.

Once More Studio is an exemplary location provider who works to serve you by their impeccable shooting sites waiting to record your jaw dropping expressions for our locations which makes you travel with us.

Indoor and Outdoor Locations

If you want your pictures to look amazing, you'll need good lighting. So, regardless of whether you are indoors or outdoors, finding a spot with good lighting is critical. Because of the excellent natural lighting, most photographers choose to film outdoors almost exclusively. On the other hand, some photographers tend to photograph indoors. It's almost always a matter of personal choice, but it's critical for photographers–especially those who work as professional photographers–to be familiar with both environments. In both environments, it's critical to understand the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the techniques used to make your images look good.

Indoor photography isn't solely dependent on your camera and gear. When shooting inside a building or structure, the available lighting is the most critical consideration. If the location or area has poor lighting, you'll need to know which lens to use and if artificial lighting is needed, among other things.

Many photographers choose to work in the open air because of the possibilities it provides. The overall impact that the outdoors has is important. Some photographers are enthralled by the prospect of interacting with and in nature. The most enjoyable aspect of filming outside, though, is that you have an endless supply of sun.

Choosing the right spot is very critical decision to any shoot. Once More Studio provides their impeccable service by providing guidance and their skilled expertise in planning your shoot and turn it into a tremendous work.

The look and feel of location photography, whether taken professionally or with a personal camera, is more spontaneous and natural, which is suitable for some types of images. However, for the portrait photographer, a studio environment with excellent lighting and a high-quality picture backdrop will provide several benefits and advantages.

Once More Studio as a location provider works to furnish your shoot by providing their stupendous locations both indoor and outdoor locations. We believe locations as the soul of any shoot which glows the industry through our collaborative mind- boggling work.

Rain Photography

Rain photography is a fantastic way to add suspense to a scene. It doesn't matter whether you're shooting street, landscape, macro, or product photography. One way to demonstrate excellent rain photography is to have a subject that would not normally be found there. It is not necessary for cityscapes to be picture perfect. A conventional correct exposure and standard composition aren't always needed. You can display the city in a fascinating way by using a rain-covered window. You don't even have to go outside in the elements to do this! We get the feeling of a city rather than reality because of the close-up on the rain drops themselves. It's a fantastic way to convey a sense of place using form, color, and texture.

Most people stay indoors when it rains, but for dedicated photographers, it's a perfect chance to capture stunning images. When you're warm and dry inside, shooting in the rain may seem unappealing, but it's well worth the effort, particularly if you get a great rainy-day shot. When it's raining, you can either try to mitigate the rain's arrival or catch it. If you try to stop taking pictures in the rain, you will always end up with boring and uninteresting results. Photographing the storm, on the other hand, would almost certainly result in more imaginative and fascinating pictures.

Rain photography is a true work of art. You'll need a solid understanding of photography, a professional camera with excellent low-light efficiency, and a lot of patience. Rain photography is difficult, and many photographers would rather wait for better conditions. Photographing rain and wet subjects necessitates the use of specialized equipment and environments, as well as the ability to write in challenging conditions and convey a poetic message. Rain photography, unlike sunset photography, requires low light, grey clouds, unsaturated colors, and a lot of water.

Once More Studio brings every drop of rain for you with new refreshing feeling of enjoying photography molded in our magnificent and impactful locations. Our locations create a sense of sensation among the audience.

Locations: Old is Gold

Hindi cinema is recognized around the world for its distinctive features such as song and dance, a distinct style of romance, and dramatic film sequences. The Hindi film songs, on the other hand, have won the hearts and attention of a global audience and are as important in a film as the entire film itself. From perky romantic comedy to great mythological epics, from love triangles to revenge stories, from lame comedy drama to patriotic anti-terror plots, 90s Bollywood had a way to say it all. The ball had already been rolling to make it huge and grandiose, whether it was about characters, plot, feelings, or drama. The glamorous and exotic shoot locations that used to mesmerize viewers all over the world, as well as tour operators with wealthy backers, add to the atmosphere.

It wouldn't be fair to discuss the 90s without discussing DDLJ, the most popular film of our childhood. The timeless love story was filmed extensively in Switzerland and Punjab, both of which are now renowned tourist destinations. One of the most iconic romantic songs in Hindi cinema, starring the evergreen couple Shahrukh Khan and Kajol. The film "Mene Pyar Kiya" starring Salman Khan, was filmed in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. The popular song "Dil deewana bin sajna ke maane na" transports us to Ooty's lovely gardens and river.

Once More Studio is on the verge of starting this archaic journey of recreating old cinema through rejuvenating locations. By this initiative we try to refresh the old gone memories of the people by regenerating them through our shooting sites.

Engrossing Bollywood with International Locations

Bollywood is one of the world's largest film production industries. Other countries are constantly attempting to entice Indian producers to promote their regions as filming locations. With a growing number of Bollywood films being shot in other countries, the industry has always been willing to comply. Indian producers are constantly on the lookout for unique locations as well as lucrative financial rewards. The decision to film Bollywood films in other countries coincides with an increasing desire among India's middle class to travel abroad. There are various countries that host Bollywood with open hands to not only foster the ties between them but also to provide a chance of amazement for the audience by flashing uniquely crafted international locations.

Abu Dhabi

Without a doubt, Abu Dhabi benefits from its proximity to India, but the local film reward rebate and luxurious aesthetic make it an excellent choice for low to mid-budget productions. The only member of the Emirates to provide a film reward program is Abu Dhabi. If a mandatory minimum spend is incurred locally, feature films, television shows, and commercial productions can earn a cash rebate as well.

Poland

Poland has become a favorite among producers who are conscious of hitting their bottom line due to its shorter flight time than most European countries and lower prices on local goods and services. Warsaw, being the capital and largest city of Poland provides an unrivalled degree of location diversity as a result of the city's post-World War II reconstruction, with new skyscrapers and classic historical architecture just moments apart.

Iceland

Dilwale, a high-budget romantic comedy starring Shah Rukh Khan, was filmed in Iceland in late 2015. The filming took place at Skógafoss waterfall, the black sand beach, and the famed Solheimasandur plane crash site, where the abandoned wreckage of a US Navy plane can still be seen today. The film has resulted in an influx of Indian visitors to Iceland, bolstering the two countries economic relations.

Once More Studio as an experienced companion supports every film production to hunt for the most eccentric film shooting location. We brace every movie project by offering the most distinctive and solitary locations whether a small village or any skyscraper suitable for your narrative.

An Expedition to Darjeeling

Bollywood has grown into a massive industry, and filmmakers now choose to shoot in a variety of locations, including the United States, Europe, and Australia. However, the allure of Indian destinations remains unchanged. According to Bollywood, Darjeeling stands out among all the scenic destinations in India. Darjeeling, dubbed the "Queen of the Hills," embodies a charming elegance. Colonial architecture, heritage eateries, sprawling tea gardens, and the country's highest railway station are all part of its allure, which filmmakers have been catching on film for many years.

Darjeeling is known for its extensive tea plantations, breath-taking views of the mighty Kanchenjunga (India's highest mountain peak), and the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway's toy train. Darjeeling has a well-known Bollywood connection. Several blockbuster films have been filmed here, showcasing the area's beauty to the public. Films will help improve a destination's tourism. On occasion, films make a location so famous that it must cope with over tourism. These films shot in Darjeeling and Sikkim have sparked interest in the region and brought visitors from all over the world to these wonderlands.

Once More Studio as an organization provides beautiful shooting locations from Darjeeling to Beijing. We scout destinations from every nook and corner of the world to suit your dream movie project and sooth your eyes with our carefully examined locations.

The film industry considers Darjeeling and Sikkim to be one of the most romantic locations in the world, and they have used the spectacular vistas of Darjeeling and Sikkim in stunning ways. It would be difficult to find an Indian who has not heard Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore's song "Mere Sapno Ki Rani." Well after half a century, the famous song continues to be a smash hit. It's not just the song's excellent tune that makes it so enjoyable to watch; it's also the picturesque setting in which it was filmed. The entire video was shot on the Darjeeling hill cart lane.

Once More Studio as a responsible member of the film industry will continue to spread these beautiful vibrations through the locations in Indian films. Their global shooting locations allow Bollywood to expand its horizons and win countless hearts.

A tribute for Journalists

The media's influence and importance in democratic societies is well known around the world. Despite the fact that the media and the press have a convincing authority, the world is aware of their true capabilities. The existence of a free, independent, and influential media is the bedrock of democracy, especially in a society as diverse as India. The media's ability to mobilize the thought processes of millions is crucial. A democracy is technically made up of three pillars: the judiciary, the executive, and the legislature. However, with the growth of the press and its ability to enter every corner of the country, it can now be called as the fourth pillar of a democracy.

Locations play a very intrinsic role in Bollywood shooting with the widening of its root in our lives. Every human’s journey is started through locations and molded through destinations. Journalists being an important and responsible part of our democracy generate a new limelight for the Indian film industry by presenting its shooting locations in their coverage.

Once More Studio, being a location provider believes journalists as a significant element in giving a new growth to locations. We would like to share the success of our beautiful locations with our country’s fourth estate for enhancing and glorifying our shooting destinations more charmingly.

The most creative and timely film marketing campaigns fall short of attracting the exposure that the most compelling independent films merit. Some musicians begin to believe that contacting editorial outlets is pointless. Others waste money on public relations consultants who aren't familiar with their target markets. Journalists who prioritize innovative new work are a rare breed. The important thing is to track them down and avoid running after the others.

Once More Studio thanks every Journalist for strengthening our nation. We conclude a sincere gratitude towards them for giving the true and deserving place for Bollywood shooting locations in the film industry by mentioning them in their coverage.
