Impact of Covid-19 on Film Locations

Films are an emotion for the public to connect with and relate their past happenings and future predictions with. It is not only a source of entertainment but a learning lesson for the population. The film industry has become an integral part which carries a huge respect and space in our lives. But, unfortunately, a barrier has occurred between the real and reel life due to the pandemic of Covid-19.

Despite the great strides film sets have made in putting together rigorous safety procedures, the coronavirus pandemic is a force that cannot be controlled. This might lead to another round of widespread shutdowns, potentially halting filming in India. Blockbuster filming is a repetitive and labor-intensive process that involves hundreds of hands, from actors, directors, and extras to hair and makeup artists and catering staff, in any setting. In other words, at a time when a lethal virus is spreading, it's the stuff of nightmares.

The blockbuster franchise produced the pandemic production rulebook, which involves strict and meticulous measures such as electronic temperature checks, regular swab tests, and frequent safety briefings for cast and crew that will likely become normal on movie sets around the world. There's no doubt that studios should take drastic steps to ensure that film sets are free of the coronavirus. Nonetheless, during the pandemic, at least one subject has been a constant topic of discussion: money. Routine testing, precise ventilation, additional signage and hygiene on set, as well as sanitizer stations and face masks, have all driven up costs.

Even after arranging numerous precautions, shooting location creates a doubt in mind about safety. Often, our surrounding surfaces can be sanitized but becoming sure about the safety of shooting location becomes a rare job. Covid-19 has instructed us to sanitize everything we use and come in contact with but left us confused on our destinations.

Once More Studio solves this confusing problem by providing their absolutely safe film shooting locations. They believe that film industry should not deviate itself from conveying a powerful message to the audience because of pandemic and thus takes the charge of providing their best of sanitized and safe locations to Bollywood for a smooth industry wheel to run.
